Field Sales Representative – Home Improvements

Thermamax LTD | South West England

OTE £80k–£120k+ | Uncapped Commission | Mon–Fri

Thermamax LTD is a growing home improvement and renewable energy company. We’re recruiting experienced field sales closers for a field-based, appointment-led role.

The Role

3+ pre-qualified appointments per day
In-home consultations
Close deals and maximise conversion
No self-generation

What’s on Offer

Uncapped commission (£80k–£120k+ OTE)
Consistent daily appointments
Bonuses and incentives
Monday–Friday only
No evenings or weekends
Training provided

Requirements

Proven field or in-home sales experience
Confident closer
Full UK driving licence

Experienced candidates only.
