About the Role

Southern Counties Leisure is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Digital Marketing & Showground Sales Executive to help promote our range of holiday homes and lodges while providing an excellent experience for customers visiting our showground. This is a varied role that combines digital marketing, advertising, customer engagement, and sales. You will be responsible for promoting our holiday homes and lodges across social media, websites, online advertising platforms, and other marketing channels, while also welcoming and assisting customers who visit our showground.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Advertise holiday homes, lodges, and park developments through digital and traditional marketing channels.
Maintain and update website content, ensuring all stock information, images, and pricing are accurate.
Plan and deliver marketing campaigns to generate enquiries and sales.
Take photographs and videos of holiday homes and lodges for promotional purposes.
Monitor marketing performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
Welcome visitors to our Somerset showground and provide a professional first impression.
Conduct showground tours and holiday home viewings.
Answer customer enquiries and provide information on ownership opportunities.
Assist customers throughout the sales process and build strong customer relationships.
Ensure the showground and display homes are presented to a high standard at all times.

What We're Looking For

Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Strong understanding of online advertising and lead generation.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Confident speaking to members of the public and conducting face-to-face presentations.
Ability to create engaging written, photographic, and video content.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Experience in sales, retail, leisure, property, or holiday park sectors would be an advantage.
