B2B Sales & Business Development Support

Part-Time – 2 Days Per Week + Competitive Salary & Commission

Office-Based – Our new dedicated sales, marketing and growth office in Horncastle

No agencies or recruitment companies, please.

Nuevo is looking for a proactive B2B Sales & Business Development Support person to join our team, The MD and senior project manager are the only ones working from this office currently and are hoping to build a strong sales engine while the main operations, helpdesk and facilities team are based in the Melton Mowbray office.

This is an office-based position working directly alongside the Managing Director and senior management team. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, speaking with decision-makers and helping to drive new business opportunities.

As our management team is often attending client meetings and site visits, you'll play an important role in keeping our sales activity moving by following up enquiries, contacting prospective clients and maintaining our sales pipeline.

Nuevo is a nationwide provider of Facilities Management, Building Maintenance, Compliance Services and 24/7 Helpdesk solutions. We work with clients across a wide range of sectors, delivering bespoke facilities management services throughout the UK.

The Role

Working alongside the Managing Director and senior leadership team, you will:

Follow up warm and existing sales leads.
Carry out targeted B2B outbound calls to generate new opportunities.
Identify and qualify prospective clients.
Arrange appointments for the senior management team.
Maintain and update the CRM and sales pipeline.
Build and manage prospect lists.
Keep momentum in the sales process while the management team is attending meetings.
Help develop new business opportunities and long-term client relationships.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone with:

Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A professional and confident telephone manner.
Good IT skills and experience using CRM systems.
