The Role
We are seeking an experienced Dental Nurse / Front of House Coordinator, with the opportunity to progress into a Treatment Coordinator (TCO) role for the right candidate.
This is a varied and evolving role depending on experience and strengths, including:
- Dental reception duties and front-of-house patient care
- Implant and Orthodontic Nursing
- Managing incoming calls, enquiries, and appointment booking
- Coordinating patient journeys across multiple specialist services
- Handling payments and supporting financial discussions
- Supporting treatment coordination and patient conversion where appropriate
- Delivering an exceptional, luxury-level patient experience at every touchpoint

The role is not suitable for individuals who are rigid, clock-focused or uncomfortable with change or responsibility.
Progression & Development
