Are you looking for work in a Production environment?

Overview
We are seeking multiple dedicated Production Operators to join our food manufacturing team to work Monday-Friday 2pm - 10.30pm. These roles involve working in a fast-paced environment to ensure the efficient and safe production of high-quality food products.

The ideal candidate will have manufacturing or production experience and will possess a strong understanding of food safety standards, mechanical knowledge, and basic mathematical skills. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to continue with their expertise within the food production industry.

Duties

The successful applicants will learn how to operate and maintain our new tablet presses and capsule filling machines whilst following strict GMP guidelines.

We are looking for candidates that are able to follow instructions precisely, monitor machines to ensure high batch quality, work efficiently and meet output targets. You must be able to work independently, taking responsibility for the quality of your output whilst supporting the wider team.

Please note this is a role that requires lifting and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

Previous experience or knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards is desirable
Ideally have a basic understanding of food production processes and machinery operation.
Mechanical knowledge or aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Good numeracy skills for recording data accurately and performing basic calculations.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy manufacturing environment.
