We are seeking dedicated and experienced Pipe Fitting Supervisors to oversee operations at their project sites. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to supervise a team effectively, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety on site.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily operations on-site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any incidents that occur on-site
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met
- Implement training programmes for new staff members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food factory industry is essential
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to the site environment
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively, providing motivation and support as needed
- Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution in a fast-paced environment
