Your future as a Practice Manager

An exciting opportunity to lead a 4-surgery dental practice located on Station Avenue in Filey
Open to either part-time (4 days) or full-time (5 days)
If part-time, 2 of the 4 days must include a Monday and Tuesday
Based close to local transport routes, and with parking available
The practice offers a wide range of NHS and specialist private treatments, including veneers, dentures, teeth straightening and teeth whitening, with the opportunity to grow the private revenue even further
We are looking for a commercially minded manager to drive practice growth

Your future, your role
As a Practice Manager, you’ll be:

Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
Interpreting financial data, including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
You will enjoy being part of a team that’s passionate about caring for patients and helping the nation smile.
