Sales ExecutiveJob Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional after-sales customer service. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help expand our market presence while ensuring an outstanding customer experience at every stage of the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively contact and engage new clients to promote our products and services, building long-term business relationships.
Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
Present and demonstrate our products and services to prospective clients.
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales while ensuring mutual satisfaction for both the client and the company.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using CRM systems and other organisational tools.
Effectively manage your schedule to maximise client meetings, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
Analyse sales performance and continuously improve sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales, with a strong track record of building and maintaining professional client relationships.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the confidence to influence decision-makers.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
A customer-focused mindset with a passion for understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, email platforms, and other IT tools.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
