HOTEL ENDSLEIGH

Earn up to £15.65 per hour (including tips).

Night Porter required for luxury hotel located near to Tavistock on the Devon/Cornwall border.

Hotel Endsleigh owned by Olga Polizzi is a beautiful Grade I country house hotel, set in 108 acres of woodland and gardens.

As a Night Porter your main responsibility is for the security and safety of guests during the night.

In this job you would need great customer service skills to welcome guests and see to their needs. You should have a smart appearance. You will be required to perform various maintenance, tidying and cleaning tasks, as well as setting tables ready for breakfast.

The role requires:

A friendly approach with a good eye for detail, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are delivered in all public areas.
Respond to any guest requests in a friendly and efficient manner.
Excellent communication skills.
Remain calm under pressure.
You must be flexible.
This is a very hands-on role, ensuring the high standards are maintained. You must be comfortable and have the self-motivation to work alone.

The night shift is 11pm-7am with a flexible shift pattern. Extra shifts also available to cover holidays/sickness within department.

Full training will be provided.

Car driver essential.

Hourly rate beginning at £13.25 plus service charge of approximately £5,000 per annum (based on full time hours) which equates to £2.40 per hour.
