Shift timings will be:
Mobile Response Part Time
2 shifts per week plus any holiday cover
Monday - Friday 17:30 - 07:30
Saturday - Sunday 06:00 -18:00 and 18:00 - 06:00
Frontline 24/7 is a family run business currently in our 18th year trading. With our Head Office based in Morley, West Yorkshire, we employ Security Officers throughout the whole of the UK. We provide all aspects of manned guarding, specialising in door supervision, loss prevention, CCTV, concierge and reception, mobile response and keyholding services.
Applicants must be smart in appearance with a professional attitude, have excellent customer service skills, excellent punctuality & attendance, be observant, able to complete comprehensive incident reports, and have a drive to ensure the job is completed to the highest standards.
Main Responsibilities:
· Respond to intruder alarms as appropriate; inspect for signs of break-in and liaise with police and emergency services and Frontline Control room.
· Open/lock up a site at the beginning and end of the shift including all Fire door shutters, main reception doors, all lights switched on internally and outside gateways opened for access.
· Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
· Comply with customer site instructions when responding or patrolling.
· Complete all relevant documents.
· Inspect company vehicle and report all defects.
· Report all incidents to Frontline control
· Maintain organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
· Alarm reports to be composed and sent to the administrator and manager at the end of each shift
· Checking/Signing all keys out/in that are required/returned while on shift. Key management
The ideal candidate must have:
- You must be able to work on your own initiative.
- Full 5-year checkable work/education history
- You MUST hold a valid SIA DS or SG licence
- Minimum two years UK driving experience required
- A full UK manual Driving Licence (no more than 6 points)
- Be over 25 years of age (for insurance purposes)
