2x 18.5 hours per week, Monday & Tuesday 09.00 – 17.00, and Wednesday 09.00 – 12.30
1x 30 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 09.00 – 17.00

Are you a people person who enjoys making a real difference? Calderdale Council’s Customer First team is looking for a friendly, customer-focused team member to support residents across our services.

In this role, you’ll:

Be the first point of contact for customers, guiding and solving problems.
Handle a variety of enquiries, from everyday questions to complex challenges, with full training provided.
Grow your skills with opportunities to handle phone, live chat, email, and social media interactions.
