Job Overview
We're looking for an experienced chef to join our team full time. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation (even better if you have street food/burger experience), and either experience with, or an interest in, kitchen management/leadership. This role offers the oppurtunity to be creative in a professional environment, be part of a great team, all while providing a great service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, maintaining high food safety standards, and providing great customer service. Duties
- Work alongside the kitchen team to ensure efficient food production and service
- Prepare and serve a variety of menu items, while maintaining a high standard of service
- Manage food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations at all times
- Be aware of inventory control and managing stock levels
- Foster a positive team environment
- Opportunity to collaborate with management on menu development and monthly specials
- Maintain a clean and hygenic kitchen
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and warm manner
- Some solo-work during quiet periods

- Proven experience in food production and kitchen operations within a hospitality setting
