Wells Farm Supplies Ltd are a catering butchers who supply top end products to a large number of high end hotels and prestigious companies in London
We are looking to recruit a Admin Assistant to join our busy team
As a minimum we require:
5 years office experience with strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
2 years minimum experience as a accounts assistant working with Sage 50 Accounts
Experience in the food industry and on Procure Wizard, EPSYS would be an advantage
Role Includes:
- Answering the phone and dealing with enquires
- Day to day office administration
- Replying to customer emails
- Dealing with customer queries
- Invoicing in Sage
- Data input into various procurement sites
- Taking orders
- Filing
- Running data reports on Sage to help the sales team
We are looking for a team player who is willing to help out collegues and get involved in other areas if required . The role is a full time and will be based in our offices in Eridge so driving is essential
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
