Counter Assistant

Kellwood & Co Butchers – Farnham

Kellwood & Co Butchers is a friendly, independent business based in Farnham. We are passionate about delivering high-quality products alongside exceptional customer service in a welcoming and positive environment.

The Role

We are currently seeking a Counter Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain valuable experience in the food industry while working in a supportive and customer-focused setting.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering outstanding service, maintaining a clean and organised workspace, and assisting customers with their purchases.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products and services (full training provided)
Assist customers with product selection
Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic workspace
Make burgers and kebabs
Keep up to date with current promotions and new products

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Basic understanding of cash handling procedures
Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude
Willingness to learn (full training provided)
