About the Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Brand Operations Executive to support the delivery of our brand across our merchant network. This role combines administration, coordination, and marketing support, with involvement in brochures, POS materials, and brand communications.

You will work closely with the Brand Manager to ensure brand standards are delivered consistently while supporting day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Administration and Coordination
Manage day-to-day admin, documentation, and reporting
Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries
Organise meetings, supplier visits, and merchant visits

Supplier and Merchant Support
Act as a key contact between suppliers, merchants, and internal teams
Track actions, agreements, and follow-ups
Support delivery of brand standards across locations

Marketing and Design Support
Assist with brochures, catalogues, and POS materials
Coordinate with marketing and design teams on brand assets
Support campaigns and ensure materials are delivered on time

Training and Engagement
Help organise merchant training sessions
Support visits to ensure consistent brand presentation

Reporting and Insights
Collect and organise performance and compliance data
Produce simple reports to support decision-making

About You

Strong organisational and administrative skills
Interest in marketing, branding, or design
High attention to detail
Confident communicator with good coordination skills
Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
