We’re recruiting a Systems Transformation Manager in Swansea (hybrid working) to lead the delivery of innovative, cloud-based system improvements across the organisation. This Systems Transformation Manager role is ideal for a proactive project leader with strong stakeholder management, budgeting, and technical delivery experience. You’ll drive end-to-end transformation projects, ensuring systems are efficient, future-ready, and deliver real value.

Role: Systems Transformation Manager
Hours: 35 hours Monday to Friday, Permanent
Pay: £38,700
Location: Swansea, Hybrid
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required

About the role

As a Systems Transformation Manager, you will lead major system transformation projects from design through to implementation. The Systems Transformation Manager will:

Deliver modern, cloud-based system solutions aligned to organisational goals
Manage full project lifecycle including scope, procurement, budgets, and risks
Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
Engage with tenants and users, providing updates, training, and support
Oversee integration with existing systems and ensure minimal disruption
Monitor performance, quality, and compliance, including health & safety standards

This Systems Transformation Manager role offers the opportunity to make a real impact through digital transformation and improved services.

About you

To succeed as a Systems Transformation Manager, you’ll bring:

Project management experience in IT, systems, or transformation delivery with a practical understanding of systems, data quality, process improvement and service design.
Strong budgeting, cost control, and contractor management skills
Experience preparing specifications, tenders, and managing procurement
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
A collaborative and customer-focused approach
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

We welcome previous experience working as:
Project Manager, IT Manager, Business Improvement Manager, Digital Transformation Lead, Change Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Programme Manager.
