Reporting to the BDR Team Lead, you'll be at the forefront of introducing cutting-edge software solutions to businesses in the wholesale, distribution & merchant sectors. This isn't just any sales role – you'll be helping companies revolutionise their operations and achieve their full potential.
What you’ll do

Take the lead in building valuable relationships through confident telephone conversations, strategic LinkedIn networking, and engaging email campaigns
- Become a detective of opportunity – researching and identifying promising businesses that could benefit from our transformative solutions
- Partner with our talented marketing team to turn campaigns into conversations and conversations into appointments
- Master our innovative software platform, becoming an expert who can speak confidently about how it solves real business challenges
- Be our eyes and ears in the market, gathering valuable intelligence about industry trends and competitor movements
- Represent us at select trade shows throughout the year
What you’ll Bring

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a BDR role, ideally within a software sales environment, although we are open to candidates with BDR experience from other sectors
- A track record of successful outbound telephone engagement
- Sharp digital skills and the ability to quickly master new technology
- A keen ear for listening and understanding client needs
- Impeccable organisation skills that keep you one step ahead
- The confidence to turn conversations into opportunities
- A resilient spirit and can-do attitude that turns challenges into victories
