Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, perform comprehensive assessments, and develop personalised treatment plans. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your clinical expertise in a supportive environment committed to patient wellbeing and professional growth. The Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care tailored to individual patient needs.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions in accordance with clinical guidelines
Prescribe medications and administer treatments safely and effectively
Educate patients on health management, medication use, and preventive care strategies
Develop personalised care plans based on patient assessments and medical evidence
Document all patient interactions accurately within electronic health records
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Stay updated with the latest clinical practices, guidelines, and advancements in healthcare

Skills

Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
Proficiency in medication administration and management of prescriptions
