Job Title: Office Administrator – Lettings Office (Seven Dials)

Location: Seven Dials, Brighton

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fast-paced lettings office in Seven Dials. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth administrative functioning, support our lettings team, and deliver exceptional service to clients and tenants in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and organisation

Support and coordinate lettings processes, including viewings, applications, and tenancy agreements

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of properties, tenants, and landlords

Liaise with clients, tenants, landlords, and external vendors professionally and promptly

Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and scheduling appointments

Assist with marketing activities and property listings to attract potential tenants

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies

Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-stocked and functional workspace

Support the team with onboarding new staff and training as needed

Handle any issues or complaints efficiently and professionally

Requirements:

Proven experience in office management, administration, or similar role, ideally within lettings or real estate

Excellent organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and property management software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations in property lettings is a plus

A proactive attitude with problem-solving skills

Experience in lettings and property management would be ideal
