RNLI face-to-face fundraising is a job with a difference. You will inspire support for our lifesavers' amazing work, and you will also play a vital role in educating the public on how to respect the water.
Join our fundraising teams at events, beaches, private sites and RNLI assets. We will make sure you are given excellent training so that you feel confident and comfortable approaching people.

We are looking for staff for nine weeks in area, with paid for accommodation, between end June and early September (This may be classed as a taxable benefit). Opportunities are available in two locations: Scarborough (North Yorkshire) and Pembrokeshire (West Wales).
Located in a stunning area of coastline, from Whitby to Withernsea, showcasing a wonderful variety of landscapes and points of interest. This role will be based in Scarborough, working on amazing beaches including: Saltburn, Whitby, Scarborough, Cayton Bay, Filey and Bridlington to name a few and at various Lifeboat stations and a wide range of private sites and events such as The Great Yorkshire Show, Whitby Regatta, and Scarborough Pride!!. Home to some amazing surf spots and on the doorstep of North York Moors National Park, this is an unforgettable place to spend your summer!
This role will be based in the picturesque county of Pembrokeshire, working at RNLI lifeguard patrolled beaches, lifeboat stations, events and private sites. Our locations stretch across the West Wales coastline from Tenby to St Davids including sites such as Saundersfoot, Tenby Lifeboat Station, Newgale and Whitesands. The summer brings a wealth of events and festivals to the county for us to attend including Pembrokeshire County Show and Solva Edge Festival.
You will be talking to the public, inspiring them to become financial supporters and educating them about water safety.
You will need to be self-motivated and happy working to set targets. You need to be a team player, as its likely you will be working with a variety of people in different locations.
It is hard work, but an incredibly fulfilling job and is great for enhancing your CV with key professional skills such as teamwork, communication, organisation, advocacy, and pitching.
