Full job description

Straight Funnel is looking for confident, experienced telesales agents to join our growing outbound sales team.

This is NOT a customer service role you are appointment setting for a solar company.

We are looking for people who are:

Comfortable on the phones
Confident speaking to homeowners
Used to working towards targets
Resilient and motivated
Hungry to earn money as commission is unlimited

The role involves speaking with homeowners regarding renewable energy and booking FREE solar assessments for our field-based energy consultants.

You will be working from quality homeowner data through a dialler system in a fast-paced, energetic sales environment.

Previous telesales/cold calling experience preferred
Strong communication skills

Important:

This is a performance based, commission only role with a month trial. Basic salary will be offered after probation period.

Commission structure is based on appointments that are successfully sat, additional commission is paid on converted sales.
