Join Red Clean

Red Clean has been providing professional exterior cleaning services for over 20 years. With a team of over 20 staff and a fleet of more than 15 company vehicles, we've built a reputation for delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service across Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas.

We're looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our growing team. Experience is an advantage but not essential – if you've got the right attitude, a strong work ethic and are willing to learn, we'll provide the training you need.

This is a long-term career opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a professional team.

The Role

You'll carry out a range of exterior cleaning services, including:

Window cleaning using water-fed pole systems
Gutter, fascia and soffit cleaning
Pressure washing
Roof and exterior surface cleaning
Commercial and residential exterior cleaning
Providing excellent customer service on every visit

No two days are the same, and you'll be working across a variety of residential and commercial properties.

What We're Looking For

A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Physically fit and happy carrying out manual outdoor work
Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
Someone looking for a long-term career rather than a short-term job
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Full UK driving licence
Applicants must be eligible to drive company vehicles under our current fleet insurance policy

Starting salary from £28,600 per year (£110 per day)

Working Hours

Our team starts from our Milton Keynes depot at 7:00am, with a standard 8-hour working day from base.
