The Role
We are seeking a Junior Business Development Executive who is passionate about people, relationship-building, and business growth. This is a highly visible role that requires someone who is comfortable engaging with new people, attending networking events, representing the clinic professionally, and creating opportunities that contribute to both patient acquisition and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is naturally outgoing, driven, and proactive. They understand that successful business development is about building genuine relationships and trust, rather than simply selling services.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Jorja Revive at networking events, community events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, healthcare professionals, beauty professionals, and community organisations.
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities that drive patient referrals and business growth.
- Support initiatives that increase brand awareness and strengthen Jorja Revive's presence within Essex and surrounding areas.
- Generate and nurture leads, converting opportunities into long-term relationships and clinic bookings.
- Work closely with the management team to execute business development and growth strategies.
- Monitor local market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the healthcare and beauty sectors.
- Help organise and support clinic events, open days, promotional campaigns, and patient engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities and report on progress against agreed targets.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the clinic is always represented professionally and positively.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous experience in a business development, sales, account management, marketing, customer relationship, or similar commercial role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking with people from all backgrounds and levels of seniority.
- Comfortable attending events and networking independently.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and proactive.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a genuine interest in helping people.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how business development contributes to growth and revenue.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally.
Desirable
- Experience within healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or related sectors.
- Understanding of patient acquisition, customer journeys, and client retention strategies.
- Experience developing local partnerships and referral networks.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management.
