About the Role:

Manchester has become one of the UK’s fastest-growing hubs for advanced aesthetic medicine, and at EHRC Medical Aesthetics UK, we bring a premium standard of care to hair restoration and aesthetic treatments. We are seeking a Clinic Director (Hair Transplant & Aesthetic Clinic) who can take full ownership of clinic operations, performance, and patient experience.

This is not just an administrative management role. You will be the strategic and operational leader of the clinic—responsible for driving growth, ensuring clinical excellence, and building a high-performing team. You will act as the bridge between medical professionals, patient experience teams, and business leadership, ensuring every part of the clinic runs efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinic Operations Management:
Oversee daily clinic operations including staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and service delivery to ensure efficiency and consistency.

Performance & KPI Management:
Monitor clinic performance including revenue, conversion rates, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency, implementing improvements where needed.

Team Leadership:
Lead, support, and develop clinical and non-clinical teams including reception, patient coordinators, and clinical staff.

Patient Experience Oversight:
Ensure every stage of the patient journey—from consultation to post-treatment care—is smooth, professional, and patient-centred.

Compliance & Standards:
Maintain operational compliance with healthcare standards, internal protocols, and patient safety requirements.

Commercial Growth Support:
Work closely with senior clinicians and management to improve patient acquisition, retention, and overall clinic growth.

Process Improvement:
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement structured improvements to enhance clinic performance.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
5+ years in healthcare management, clinic management, or aesthetics operations, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or operational role.

Leadership Ability:
Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a clinical or healthcare environment.

Commercial Awareness:
Strong understanding of KPIs, patient flow, conversion metrics, and operational performance drivers.

Industry Experience (Preferred):
Experience in hair restoration, private healthcare, or aesthetic medicine is highly desirable.

Communication Skills:
Ability to communicate clearly with clinicians, staff, and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Mindset:
You are structured, proactive, and solution-oriented. You know how to balance patient care standards with operational efficiency and business growth.

Pay: £65,752.19-£95,726.26 per year
