Prestige Vehicle Sales Consultant

VIP Gateway | Salford Quays (Office Based)

£26,500 Basic + Uncapped OTE (£80,000+)

Our Prestige team exists to deliver an exceptional buying experience for customers investing in high-value vehicles where expertise, trust and attention to detail matter just as much as price.

This isn't a high-volume telesales role. It's about building relationships, understanding lifestyle requirements and guiding customers through one of the most exciting purchasing decisions they'll make.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Prestige Vehicle Sales Consultant who understands that luxury customers expect a different experience.

You'll work with customers purchasing high-value vehicles, taking ownership of the journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery. These are often longer, more consultative sales cycles involving detailed conversations around specification, funding, lead times, part exchange and tailored leasing solutions.

You'll build lasting relationships with customers who expect professionalism, expertise and exceptional service at every stage.

Success in this role comes from creating confidence, delivering an outstanding customer experience and becoming a trusted advisor—not simply processing transactions.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage enquiries for prestige and performance vehicles from initial enquiry through to delivery
Build strong relationships with customers through a consultative sales approach
Understand each customer's lifestyle, priorities and vehicle requirements before recommending tailored leasing solutions
Guide customers through vehicle specifications, funding options, lead times and available stock
Manage longer sales cycles whilst maintaining regular, professional communication throughout
Proactively manage your sales pipeline using our CRM, ensuring every opportunity is progressed effectively
Work closely with our manufacturer, dealer and funder partners to secure the best possible outcome for customers
Deliver a seamless handover to our Sales Support and Aftersales teams
Maintain exceptional standards of customer service that reflect both the VIP Gateway and manufacturer brands you represent
Achieve commercial targets whilst maintaining a quality-first, customer-centric approach

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who understands that selling prestige vehicles is fundamentally different from selling volume products.

You'll ideally have:

Experience selling prestige vehicles, premium automotive products, luxury goods or high-value financial products
A naturally consultative approach with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships
Experience managing longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication skills with confidence speaking to senior professionals, business owners and high-net-worth individuals
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance customer experience and business performance
Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and customer relationships
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
A genuine passion for prestige automotive brands and the customer experience they represent
