We are excited to recruit for a new position dedicated to supporting our amazing teams at Echoes Broadclyst and Winslade.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Team Leader who would be working closely with our Senior Management Team working across both our settings in Devon just outside Exeter. You would support our team and manage rooms to provide continuity when Team Leaders are absent for holiday, training and sickness.
This role is a wonderful opportunity for an existing team leader looking for a change and enjoys the variety of working with different teams.
Requirements
- Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years / Childcare
- Previous experience in a Team Leader role within an EYFS setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and Ofsted requirements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A passion for delivering outstanding childcare and early education
- A sound understanding of safeguarding procedures
Desirable
- Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience supporting inspections or quality improvement initiatives
