We have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Concierge to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to excite the world of hospitality, this is the job for you!

The Person:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Enjoys working as part of a team and independently
Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

The Role:

Greet and welcome guests, residents, or clients warmly upon arrival
Helping guests, including luggage handling and package deliveries
Deliver the guest’s mail, newspapers and express check out bills to their rooms
Always demonstrates a high level of customer service
Implement security and emergency procedures when required
