Head Housekeeper - East Kilbride

The role of Head Housekeeper:

Manage and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the healthcare facility in compliance with regulations
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure optimal performance
Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines
Train and mentor housekeeping staff to enhance skills and ensure compliance with standards
Collaborate with other departments to address specific cleaning or maintenance requirements
Handle staff scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed

The ideal Head Housekeeper:
