Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the café, ensuring a high standard of service and food quality.
Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and promoting effective communication.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas.
Assist in food preparation and cooking as needed, while also handling customer inquiries and complaints.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain efficient operations.

Qualifications

Proven supervisory experience in a café or restaurant setting
Strong team management and leadership skills
Background in culinary arts and food safety practices
Experience in food preparation and cooking
Familiarity with bartending and beverage service
Knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service excellence
Relevant experience in food production and kitchen operations
