Full job description

Job Overview
We are currently looking for energetic and friendly Customer Sales Assistants to join our existing team at Shell Fakenham with hours ranging from 12 -34 per week, plus additional to cover holidays and sickness.

The applicant has to be over the age of 18 due to the nature of job.
Please do not apply if you cannot work a flexible shift pattern, inclusive of days, evenings and weekends.

You must be flexible and available to work mornings, evenings and various late afternoons and daytime if needed. Shifts ranging from 6am to midnight.
Comfortable working on their own and able to use initiative.
Operate the till accurately and handle cash/card payments confidently.
Promote offers, upsell products and Shell loyalty card in a professional way.
Competent, reliable and punctual and able to work in a fast pace environment.
Polite, friendly with a bubbly personality.
Willing to pick up extra shifts to cover sickness/holidays.
Support your team and contribute to smooth daily operations.
Keep the shop floor, bakery and forecourt stocked, cleaned and safe

Our Customer Sales Assistants are the face of the garage and can be very influential in how a customers visit goes.

As a Customer Service Assistant you'll be expected to;

Provide great customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Keep the store clean and presentable.
Replenish stock and date rotate.
Understand the Hot Food/Cooking process. (Training is provided).
Work well under pressure without supervision.
Be able to provide additional cover for holidays and sickness.
Be flexible and work the shift they have be scheduled to.

Rotas are available once training is completed.

Full training provided.

Part uniform provided, you will be required to wear black trousers and black shoes.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: £12.71 per hour
