Parts Advisor
Kirton, Boston
£12.71ph + commission
45 hours per week, Monday to Friday + Saturdays on a rota

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our Parts Department at Duckworth Land Rover, Boston

You will ideally hold a minimum of two years motor trade parts experience.

Key responsibilities:

Actively building rapport with customers face to face and over the telephone
Ability to understand the customer’s needs and knowledge of available products to ensure all required parts and additional accessories are offered
Quoting prices and availability of stock merchandise and accessories
Encouraging sales of parts merchandise and accessories whenever possible
Assisting other staff to identify required parts
Supporting the Parts Manager and team to deliver objectives
Working with the Service and Workshop team to ensure pre-picking activity is carried out to schedule
Maintaining a professional manner and high standards of personal presentation at all times

About You

Minimum of at least 2 years Motor Trade / Parts experience
Experience of using parts systems
Good knowledge of vehicle parts and systems
Strong organisational and communication skills
