Working Hours – 08:30 – 17:00 (37.5hrs per week)
Starting Salary – £25,000 p/a.

Fleet-Serv have been trading for 17 years and are one of the forefront suppliers of repair and maintenance services to the UK transport industry, this ranges from HGV, Trailers. light commercials and lifting equipment, maintaining over 10,000 assets on various arrangements, our brand pillars are, Approachable, Reliable, Experience & Expertise. We can offer from full contract maintenance to service only and PAYGO agreements, some of our customers include high street retailers, hire companies and independent hauliers, our customers are supported through our own network of mobile engineers and customer-based vehicle maintenance units, in addition to this we have an approved network of service agents who carryout work on our behalf.
We are currently looking to recruit a Compliance Coordinator, to join our ever-growing team at head office, based in Yaxley, Peterborough. Working alongside the maintenance team you will be trained and become responsible for the following:
- Scheduling of Tail Lift Maintenance through our Mobile Engineering network & Subcontractors
- Liaising with customers on a daily basis to plan maintenance and follow up repairs
- Scheduling of follow up repairs
- Management of VOR vehicles
- Providing customer service and ensuring customers are compliant within LOLER regulations
- Handling breakdowns, ensuring these are given the highest priority
- Completing Engineers job cards/closing jobs and allocating completed jobs to the correct team
- WIP report to be worked through on a weekly basis, ensuring that all due maintenance and repairs are followed up in the agreed timescales.
We are looking for someone who can and will thrive working in a busy and fast-paced environment, which will be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
- To be able to understand the repair & maintenance process and be able to explain this process to the customers
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages including excel
- Good telephone manner
- Customer focused
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Be able to work on your own as well as part of a team
- Calm head and work under pressure
Any experience within the commercial vehicle industry, along with knowledge of Protean software will be highly beneficial to your application.
Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
