Full job description

Administrator/Medical Receptionist

Do you need a flexibility and ease of work, here is the place.

We now have an opportunity to cover reception and administration duties at a private health clinic in Great Denham, Bedford that offers a variety of services. The hours will be 25 hours (TBD). Rate is £13 per hour with a flexibility of work. There will also be an opportunity to cover holiday/sickness, etc.

You must have an experience in the following:

Greetings the patients upon arrival.

Dealing with enquiries, bookings and cancellations via telephone, email and face to face.

At ease with using a computer and CRM systems, including databases and drive.

Filing, scanning and printing of documents and paperwork.

Note taking & reporting on documents.

Keeping reception area organised, clean and tidy.

Use of card machines and taking payments.

Work in accordance with written protocols.

Key holder.

Be actively involved in the smooth running of the practice by working well with your practice team.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate being able to work under pressure, prioritizing and multi-tasking. Understand patient confidentiality and GDPR compliance. The ability to communicate effectively, fast learner, Pro active and self motivated.
