Full job description

About The Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Consignment Analyst to join our busy procurement team. You’ll play a key role in managing fruit consignments from arrival through to supplier payment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth operations. You will have strong administration skills and work with a high level of accuracy and detail.

Working Monday - Friday, you will:

Maintain intake trackers for all arrivals.
Close consignments internally, including clearance costs and duty.
Send returns to suppliers to ensure prompt payment.
Liaise with buying managers and finance to maximise timely supplier payments.
Update fruit pricing in the system upon arrival.
Maintain procurement KPIs to track performance and profitability.

About You

Strong administration skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Strong numeracy and excel skills
Experience with ERP systems (D365 ideally)
FMCG experience is an advantage
