We're hiring a Front of House Supervisor to be part of the team at Olmo Lounge a local café bar. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. Offering up to £13.30/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff food every shift, and 50% off food & drinks from day one. This is a great next step for an experienced Front of House Team Leader, Senior Server, or Hospitality Supervisor ready to take the next step in their career!

About the Supervisor Role

As Supervisor you'll be a key part of the team at Olmo Lounge; supporting your managers, leading your colleagues through each shift, and helping make sure every customer leaves happy. What You’ll Do

Lead from the front during busy shifts, helping the team deliver great service and keep everything running smoothly
Support the management team with the day-to-day operation of the lounge, from opening and closing tasks to keeping standards high across the floor
Help coach, guide and motivate the team, making sure everyone knows their role and feels confident during service
Keep a close eye on the detail, including cleanliness, presentation, food safety, allergens and cash handling processes
Step in to handle customer queries or complaints confidently, always aiming to turn a good visit into a great one
Play your part in driving sales, managing the bar and pass, and helping create a Lounge that your local community loves coming back to

Someone who leads by example on the floor and sets the pace for the team around them
A natural host who helps create the warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes Olmo Lounge feel like a home from home
Community-minded — you get to know your regulars, your neighbours, and what makes Stroud tick
Comfortable taking ownership of a shift — delegating, managing the pass and bar, and dealing with customer queries confidently
Experience in restaurants, bars, cafés or coffee shops — whether as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or a brilliant front of house team member ready for their next step
