Job Summary

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Room Attendant, where your energy and attention to detail will create a welcoming and spotless environment for our guests. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring an exceptional experience that keeps guests coming back. Your dedication to hospitality excellence will contribute directly to the reputation of our establishment, making every guest feel valued and cared for.

Responsibilities

Clean and disinfect guest rooms thoroughly, including beds, bathrooms, floors, windows, and furniture, adhering to established standards.
Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, towels, and other supplies to ensure guest satisfaction.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly to maintain safety and quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and elevators to uphold the overall appearance of the property.
Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe environment for yourself and guests.
Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and uniforms.
Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently while providing friendly service to guests.

Requirements

Previous hotel experience or background in hospitality is highly preferred.
Experience in janitorial or cleaning roles demonstrates strong attention to detail and reliability.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and enthusiasm.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude that fosters teamwork.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
