Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Service Administrator to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department, providing exceptional customer support, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to upselling and customer service. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their administrative and client-facing skills within a professional environment.

Duties

Raise, Amend and process customer quotes.
Raise quotes for parts ordering
logging all requisitions
Activate accepted quotes
Update and maintain stock cards
printing job sheets
Support the team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Coordinate with technicians regarding parts, repairs, and service updates to ensure timely completion of jobs.
monitoring service quote and service inboxes
Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanour.
Basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided where necessary.
A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.This role offers an engaging work environment where your organisational talents and customer service skills will be valued and developed further.
