The role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to launch their career in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment. We’re looking for a motivated Accounts Receivable Agent to join our growing Collections and Recovery team, no prior experience in the sector is needed, just the right attitude.
What you will be doing:

A mix of inbound customer enquiries and proactive outreach to support customers with billing queries, overdueaccountsand payment arrangements

Take payment over the telephone and negotiate payment plans

Maintainaccuratecustomer and collection records

Build strong relationships with other departments to ensure any customer queries are resolvedin a timely manner

Escalate problematic issues to the Collections Team Leader/Manager as appropriate

Success in this role will be measured against agreed KPIs including productivity, qualitystandardsand contribution to team objectives

A degree-level qualification is preferred, though not essential. We actively welcome applications from recent graduates, no prior AR experience required. What matters is that you’re ambitious, accountable, and ready to make an impact from day one.
Full training will be provided. We’ll invest in you; all we ask is that you bring the drive.
