Full job description

We are looking for an organised, friendly, and proactive Administrator/Receptionist to join our financial planning team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and can keep a busy office running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Welcoming clients in person and over the phone, ensuring a positive first impression
Managing incoming calls, emails, and client enquiries
Preparing and processing client documents, forms, and letters
Maintaining accurate client records and supporting compliance requirements
Scheduling appointments and managing the adviser’s diary
Liaising with providers to obtain policy information and updates
General office administration, including scanning, filing, and post handling

About You:

Confident communicator with a warm, professional manner
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working with confidential information
Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Experience in financial services is helpful but not essential
Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office systems

This is a full-time position with competitive pay depending on experience and performance.

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9-5. Saturdays may be required on an ad hoc basis.
