Full job description

Job Overview

We are seeking an organised and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support daily shipping, transport, and supply-chain operations. You’ll coordinate deliveries, work with suppliers and carriers, track shipments, maintain documentation, and help resolve logistics issues. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within an international logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments from booking through delivery.
Communicate with carriers, suppliers, warehouses, and customers.
Monitor shipment schedules and provide delivery updates.
Prepare and maintain shipping and logistics documentation.
Track shipments and resolve delays, discrepancies, or delivery issues.
Coordinate transport bookings and collection arrangements.
Maintain accurate logistics records and operational data.
Support process improvements and day-to-day logistics projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

Previous experience in logistics, transport, supply chain, freight, or operations is preferred.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Good attention to detail when handling logistics documentation.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.

Pay: £33,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
