Accounts Payable Administrator

Your main responsibilities

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

Managing vendor accounts purchase order/framework order related & document entry
Processing invoices –checking invoices to purchase orders on SAP
Performing vendor reconciliations to supplier statements
Liaising regularly with other operation departments within Rubax to resolve differences between the purchase order and the invoice value
Preparing query spreadsheets and distributing them accordingly
Produce payment runs
Processing of invoices Doc Entry –coding with G/L, Cost Centre, Material Group, plus sending out for authorisation in line with limits of authority
Bank reconciliations
Daily Banking i.e., split cheques and take to Bank

What you bring

Essential

Good Communication skills
Well Organised and able to work to tight deadlines
Attention to detail
Intermediate MS Office skills

Desirable

Proven experience in an Account Payable Clerk role would be beneficial
Processing invoices would be beneficial
