We are looking for a Director of Service Delivery who can take overall responsibility for the quality, performance and continued development of our client services. You will lead service delivery teams, improve operational standards and ensure that client commitments are delivered consistently.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who can balance strategic planning with practical execution. You will work closely with clients, department heads and senior management to ensure that our services remain efficient, scalable and commercially successful.

Key Responsibilities:
Service Delivery Leadership:
Take overall responsibility for the performance, quality and consistency of services delivered across the organisation.
Operational Strategy:
Develop and implement service delivery plans that support company objectives, client expectations and sustainable business growth.
Team Leadership:
Lead, coach and develop managers and operational teams. Set clear performance expectations and create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Client Management:
Build strong relationships with key clients, review service performance and ensure that concerns are resolved professionally and efficiently.
Performance Monitoring:
Establish service standards, operational targets and reporting processes. Use performance data to identify risks, improve productivity and support better decision making.
Process Improvement:
Review existing workflows and introduce practical improvements that increase efficiency, service quality and customer satisfaction.
Financial Management:
Support departmental budgeting, resource planning and cost control while ensuring that service standards remain consistently high.
Risk and Compliance:
Ensure that service delivery activities follow company policies, contractual commitments and relevant regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Management:
Present operational updates, recommendations and performance reports to senior management, clients and internal stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
At least 7 years of experience in service delivery, operations, client services or a related field, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior management or leadership position.
Leadership:
Demonstrated experience managing managers and multidisciplinary teams within a client focused or service based organisation.
Service Management:
Strong understanding of service delivery frameworks, performance management, process improvement and operational reporting.
Commercial Awareness:
Ability to balance client satisfaction, operational quality and financial performance when making business decisions.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to manage senior stakeholders and present complex information clearly.
Problem Solving:
A practical and analytical approach to resolving service issues, improving processes and managing operational risks.
Education:
A degree in business management, operations, communications or a related subject is preferred. Equivalent senior level experience will also be considered.

Pay: £67,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
