Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join a growing law firm in Tameside, Greater Manchester. This is a permanent, full-time job offering a salary of £45,000 to £65,000 depending on experience, working 35 hours per week with a one-hour lunch break. Based in Tameside, this opportunity is ideal for a Commercial Property Solicitor seeking quality work, genuine work-life balance and the chance to play an influential part in a developing department. About the Job

As the incoming Senior Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters whilst supporting the continued growth of the department. The work offers excellent variety and autonomy, making this an attractive opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys building client relationships and delivering practical commercial advice within a supportive environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction to completion
Supporting the continued development and expansion of the commercial property department
Providing technical input and guidance on commercial property transactions
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts
Advising on landlord and tenant matters including leases and lease renewals
Handling business sales involving commercial premises
Managing acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
Advising on refinancing and secured lending transactions
Working closely with local businesses, investors and property owners
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards

About You

You will be an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor seeking a position where you can enjoy high-quality work without sacrificing work-life balance.
