With a proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes for customers across both private and public sectors, the business has experienced significant growth and is now looking to expand its commercial team with the appointment of a Senior Account Executive.
This is an opportunity for an ambitious new business salesperson who thrives on creating opportunities, building relationships and winning complex B2B deals.

The Role
As Senior Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
You’ll be responsible for generating and converting new business opportunities while developing relationships with senior stakeholders across target organisations.
Success in this role will come from your ability to identify opportunities, understand customer challenges and position the right solution to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals and relationship building
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through to negotiation and close
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Sell consultatively to senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders
- Work closely with technical teams to develop compelling customer solutions
- Build long-term relationships across target accounts
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
- Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence
- Represent the business at customer meetings, networking events and industry conferences
What Success Looks Like First 30 Days
- Complete onboarding and product training
- Develop a strong understanding of the customer base and target market
- Gain confidence in the proposition and sales process
- Begin building target account plans
Days 31-60
- Launch consistent outbound activity
- Build pipeline momentum
- Conduct discovery meetings with prospective customers
- Develop relationships within target accounts
Days 61-90
- Progress qualified opportunities through the sales process
- Deliver proposals and commercial discussions
- Build a healthy pipeline of active opportunities
- Contribute to predictable revenue growth
What We’re Looking For Essential Experience
- Proven success in new business sales within cyber security, managed services, IT services, cloud services, infrastructure or technology solutions
- Demonstrable experience building your own pipeline through outbound activity
- Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong track record of winning new business
- Experience selling to senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders
- Experience using CRM systems and modern sales tools
- Full right to work in the UK
Desirable Experience
- Cyber security, MSSP, MDR or managed services sales experience
- Experience selling recurring revenue solutions
- Existing relationships within mid-market or enterprise organisations
- Understanding of the cyber security buying process
- Experience operating within a high-growth business environment
