Showroom Manager – Create Inspiring Spaces & Lead Success

Step into a role where creativity meets leadership. As our Showroom Manager, you’ll be at the heart of delivering an exceptional, end-to-end customer journey—from first inspiration to final installation. This is more than management; it’s about crafting beautiful spaces, building relationships, and driving a high-performing team to success.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll take ownership of the entire customer experience, transforming ideas into reality:

Conducting personalised home surveys and bringing customer visions to life through inspiring bathroom designs
Building strong connections with new and existing customers, guiding them confidently from concept to completion
Driving sales performance while expertly managing installation projects to ensure flawless delivery

As a leader, you’ll energise and develop your team:

Coaching and motivating your showroom team to exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding service
Setting the standard for showroom presentation, professionalism, and customer experience
Leading performance conversations and supporting continuous development through regular 1-2-1s

You’ll also play a key role in operational excellence:

Collaborating with installation teams to maintain exceptional quality and service standards
Working alongside the Head of Sales to identify and unlock opportunities
Managing customer communications, ensuring every client feels valued and delighted
Overseeing appointments and enquiries to maximise opportunities and showroom success
Resolving challenges proactively, turning issues into positive outcomes

About You

You’re a driven, customer-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment:

Proven experience in retail or sales management (2+ years, ideally 5+)
A track record of achieving or exceeding targets
A natural motivator who inspires high performance in others
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
CAD design experience is a bonus—but your attitude and ambition matter most

You’ll also:

Be flexible to work a 40-hour week, including weekends
Live within 30 minutes of the showroom
Hold a full UK driving licence (for home surveys)

What You’ll Get

Basic salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)
Realistic OTE: £45,000 – £55,000+ with uncapped commission
Bonus schemes and performance incentives
