Brandon Hall Hotel & Spa offers a peaceful Warwickshire retreat surrounded by gardens and woodland. Currently welcoming guests as a Bed & Breakfast until April 2026, we provide comfortable rooms, hearty breakfasts, and a warm welcome - just minutes from Coventry, Kenilworth, and Warwick’s top attractions.

Perfect for exploring castles, countryside, and historic towns, Brandon Hall blends heritage charm with modern comfort for a relaxing escape.

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team, ensuring all hotel facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are maintained to the highest standards for safety, functionality, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organise, and oversee all maintenance activities across the hotel
Lead, manage, and develop the maintenance team, including engineers and technicians
Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and programs
Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations
Manage maintenance budgets, cost control, and resource allocation
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers for specialised works
Monitor and maintain building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment
Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues and emergencies to minimise downtime
Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and compliance documentation
