Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Senior Creative Production Manager to lead our dynamic creative team in producing compelling visual content across multiple platforms. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end production of multimedia projects, ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery. Your expertise in video editing, social media management, and creative software will drive innovative campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. Bilingual skills and a background in journalism will empower you to craft authentic stories that elevate our brand presence globally. Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all phases of creative production, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for multimedia projects.
Lead a team of designers, editors, and content creators to produce high-quality videos, graphics, and social media content aligned with brand objectives.
Oversee video editing processes using Adobe Premiere and other Adobe Creative Suite tools to ensure polished final products.
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop engaging storytelling strategies for diverse audiences across digital platforms.
Supervise translation and localization efforts for bilingual content to maintain cultural relevance and accuracy.
Maintain strict adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while fostering a positive team environment.
Stay current with industry trends in journalism, social media management, and multimedia production to continuously enhance content effectiveness.

Experience

Proven experience in creative production management within a fast-paced environment, preferably in media or communications sectors.
Extensive proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and the full Adobe Creative Suite for editing and designing visual content.
Strong background in video editing techniques combined with storytelling skills rooted in journalism principles.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated success managing social media campaigns and understanding platform-specific content strategies.
Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English and another language) with experience in translation to support global outreach efforts.
Prior experience working on multimedia projects that require meticulous attention to detail from concept through final delivery.
