Role Overview
As a Housekeeping Attendant at Louma, you will play a vital role in maintaining the exceptional standards of cleanliness, comfort and presentation that define the guest experience across our estate.
Working as part of a dedicated housekeeping team, you will care for guest rooms, public areas and estate buildings. From preparing rooms for arrival to delivering attentive stayover and evening turndown services, your attention to detail and pride in presentation will ensure every guest enjoys a calm, welcoming and beautifully maintained setting.
This role is ideal for someone who takes genuine pride in their work, enjoys working as part of a supportive team, and values creating immaculate spaces for guests to enjoy.
What You'll Do...
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms, public areas and estate buildings.
- Prepare guest accommodation to arrival-ready standards, ensuring every space feels welcoming and comfortable.
- Deliver stayover service for in-house guests, refreshing rooms, replenishing amenities and ensuring continued comfort throughout their stay.
- Provide evening turndown service, preparing guest rooms for the night with thoughtful attention to detail.
- Follow established housekeeping procedures and cleaning schedules.
- Safely use cleaning materials, equipment and chemicals in accordance with COSHH and hotel procedures (training provided).
- Remove waste and recycling and dispose of appropriately in line with site schedules.
- Manage linen collection and replacement in accordance with housekeeping procedures.
- Assist with in-house laundering when required.
- Support other departments with room preparation, furniture movement or operational set-ups when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and friendly presence when interacting with guests across the estate.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties requested by the Housekeeping leadership team.

- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering immaculate spaces.
- Reliable transport to the property (no public transport access to site).
- Availability to work weekends and evening shifts.
- A proactive, positive and reliable approach to work.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
- Professional, respectful and courteous when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
