Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients through outbound calls, promoting our services, and generating leads. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, as you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services. Can book appointment to go out and see customers.
Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM software, ensuring all data is up-to-date.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up on previous communications to nurture relationships with potential clients.
Collaborate with team members to develop effective telemarketing strategies.
Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to improve sales tactics.

Skills

Proven experience in B2B sales highly desirable.
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is an advantage.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
