About Us
Parm-O-Rama is a bold, fast-growing street food brand serving loaded fries, stacked burgers, and our signature Parmo Fries. We trade at festivals, private events, corporate functions, and busy public events — bringing high-energy vibes and big flavours wherever we go.
We’re looking for an experienced, reliable Event Chef to join our team and help us deliver top-quality food in fast-paced event environments.
The Role
As our Event Chef, you’ll be responsible for running service at events, maintaining food quality, and keeping the kitchen running smoothly under pressure.
You will:
- Drive the food truck safely to and from events
- Set up and pack down the food truck
- Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard
- Manage fryers and grill during busy service
- Maintain consistency and presentation
- Follow food hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Support stock control and prep planning
- Lead or support junior staff during service
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen (street food or events preferred)
- Confident running fryers and grill
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Comfortable driving a catering vehicle
- Calm under pressure during busy service
- Strong work ethic and team player mentality
- Level 2 Food Hygiene (minimum)
- Available evenings and weekends
