Company events
As a Housekeeping Supervisor,you will be responsible for:
- Staff Supervision- Manage and oversee the public area cleaning staff.

Conduct daily briefings to assign tasks and address concerns.

Quality Control- Inspect all public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Guest Service-Respond promptly to guest complaints or requests regarding public areas,ensure public areas are always guest-ready,especially during peak hours.

Inventory and Supplies-Monitor and manage cleaning supplies,toiletries,and equipment for public areas and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment of stock.

Coordination with Other Departments-Work with maintenance to address issues such as broken fixtures,lighting,or plumbing.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols,including the safe use of cleaning chemicals.
